Production & Delivery
- Production Time: 2–3 business days, though we often complete orders sooner.
- Delivery Time: 1–3 business days via courier (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- All items are made to order. We do not hold pre-made stock.
- During peak times (e.g. holidays), production may take longer.
Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
To avoid delays or issues:
- Double-check spelling on names and custom text
- Ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate
- Choose the correct size and item type
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided during checkout.

Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours, and only if production has not yet begun. Once an item has been customised or entered production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
A cancellation fee applies for any accepted cancellation.
