How long does it take to get my order?

How will I know when my order is ready?
Once your order is ready for collection or shipping, we will notify you via WhatsApp.
Can I bring my own item to personalise?
Absolutely! Bring in your T-shirt, hoodie, or whatever you’d like. We’ll chat through the best options for printing.
Can you help me design something?
Of course! If you don’t have a design ready, we can help find one you’ll love. Simple, stylish, and exactly what you imagined.
What if I make a mistake on my order?
It happens! Pop us a message as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you to fix it. Unfortunately, once an item has already been printed, there is not much we can do.
Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes! Whether it’s for a company, event, or just a lot of awesome gifts, we’ve got you covered.
Do I have to collect my order on the same day that I receive the notification?
Not at all, collect whenever it’s convenient for you. Just double-check our stores’ operating hours on our contact page before coming through.
There is something I want personalised, but I don’t see it on your website.
No problem, just contact us with pictures of your desired item, and we can check if we stock it or source it for you. Alternatively, bring in your own item and we can do the personalisation.
Can you send my order to me?
Yes, we courier all over South Africa and offer courier services straight to your door or to the closest PUDO locker near you.
