Refunds Policy

Returns:

• If an item is defective, you have 7 calendar days from the date you received it to return it.
• Your item must be in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Also, it must be in its original packing.
• Please include the proof of purchase with your returned item.

Refunds:

• Following an inspection of your returned item, we will let you know that it has been received and the status of the return.
• Bold Style has the right to accept any returns at their own discretion.
• If your return is accepted, we’ll start the reimbursement process.
• Refunds will happen within 10 working days via EFT.

Sale Items:

• No sale item may be refunded.

Cancellations:

• Only cancellations made within 24 hours after your purchase placement are accepted.
• A cancellation fee will be charged.

Shipping:

• The expense of your own shipping for returning your goods is your responsibility.
• The cost of shipping is not refundable.
• If your refund is accepted, the return shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.
