Refunds Policy

Returns

If your item is defective or damaged, you may return it within 7 calendar days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be included

Returns will only be accepted for defective items. All returns are subject to inspection and approval at the discretion of Bold Style.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed via EFT within 10 working days.

Please note:

  • Refunds are issued only for eligible returns
  • Shipping costs are not refundable
  • If your return is approved, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund

 

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet started. Once an order has entered production, particularly for customised or personalised items, it may no longer be cancelled or refunded.

If cancellation is still possible, a cancellation fee will apply to cover processing and administrative costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
